Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday.
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. We will advise you if your order is being dispatched via Royal Mail.
Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website

The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received.

Returning the item purchased online in store
If you wish to return your item in store, please return with reciept within 7 days for a refund. Please note that your original delivery will not be refunded.
If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 7 days from the date MyStyleTherapy receive your returned goods
MyStyleTherapy will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee

MyStyleTherapy does not cover the cost of returning the item, we only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you
